📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Kalbe Pharma's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Magelang.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local healthcare industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Provide comprehensive product information and training to HCPs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
