As a Business Systems Analyst at IBDC Sdn Bhd, you'll be responsible for analyzing and improving our existing systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements. Your daily tasks will include conducting system audits, developing and implementing optimization strategies, and ensuring seamless integration between our ERP, POS, and HRIS platforms. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive system audits to identify areas for improvement in our ERP, POS, and HRIS systems.
• Analyze business processes to determine system requirements and propose solutions for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between our ERP, POS, and HRIS platforms.
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Train end-users on new systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption.
• Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in ERP, POS, or HRIS systems.
• Certifications in ERP, POS, or HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a strong asset.
