📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the layer egg farm, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of chickens.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for egg production.
• Implement and monitor egg production schedules to meet daily targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of farm facilities and equipment.
• Manage and train farm staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and record egg production data, including quality and quantity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in layer egg farm management or related roles.
• Knowledge of poultry farming practices and industry standards.
• Experience with farm management software such as FarmLogs or similar tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
