📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
• Work during night shifts to accommodate the unique scheduling needs of our team and clients.
• Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the overall visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions for design challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during night shifts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
