📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver engaging content for employees.
• Utilize communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and internal portals to facilitate seamless information sharing.
• Organize and facilitate internal events, workshops, and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve our strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Support the implementation of organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communication and organizational development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of communication tools and platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and internal portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continuously improve communication strategies.
• Certification in internal communication or organizational development is a plus.
