📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management in the public sector.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Understanding of the Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
