As a Mystery Shopper, you'll visit IQOS retail stores and other relevant locations to evaluate the overall customer experience. You'll interact with staff, observe store operations, and gather feedback to ensure our partner maintains high standards of service and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit IQOS retail stores and other designated locations to evaluate the customer experience.
• Interact with staff and customers to assess service quality, store ambiance, and product presentation.
• Complete detailed reports on your observations and interactions, including any issues or areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback to store managers and staff to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and professional conduct guidelines.
• Submit reports and feedback within the specified timeframes to ensure timely market research updates.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new evaluation criteria.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to contribute to data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Mystery Shopper or similar role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
• Strong observational skills to accurately assess and document customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet report deadlines.
• Familiarity with IQOS products and brand standards is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between locations.
• Professional and discreet demeanor to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
