In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will be responsible for managing the villa, coordinating with other service providers, and ensuring that all guest requests are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional housekeeping and maintenance services to ensure the villa is always in pristine condition.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with other service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage the villa's inventory, including linens, towels, and amenities, to ensure they are always in stock.
• Assist with event planning and coordination to ensure that all special occasions are executed flawlessly.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Work closely with the estate manager to ensure all operational standards are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or butler role, preferably in a high-end resort or private estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages, such as Indonesian or Balinese, is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive in Bali.
