• Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to ensure the company maintains a steady supply of high-quality fruits.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Purchasing Manager on key purchasing metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within the fruit industry.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
