This role is crucial in developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Syariah mortgage segment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the Syariah mortgage segment.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Syariah mortgage products and solutions.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.,Manage and track sales performance and pipeline to meet targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the Islamic finance or mortgage industry.,Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and regulatory environment is a plus.
