📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Provide feedback and support to recruiters and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills to meet recruitment deadlines.,Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
