Sumber Oka Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality checks on all products and services to ensure they meet our high standards.,Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to the appropriate team members.,Work closely with the production and service teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall quality objectives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high quality standards.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
