📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product introductions.,Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.,Manage a team of product developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align product development with business objectives.,Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the product development lifecycle.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality ingredients and materials.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of FMCG market trends and consumer behavior.,Proven track record of successfully launching new products and managing product portfolios.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with food safety and quality management systems is a plus.
