PT Dickies Indonesia Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate (SA) or Shop Promoter (SPG) to join our team in Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. As an SA/SPG, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and driving sales in the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell Dickies products to customers in the assigned area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Organize and participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints.,Assist in stock management and ensure adequate product availability.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Proven experience as an SA or SPG in a similar role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Friendly and approachable personality.
