🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
