Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.
