📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate offshore production activities across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor production processes and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide training and support to production teams to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore production coordination or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing production activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of production management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
