As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and inventory.,Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes.,Participate in emergency response and breakdown resolution to ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.,Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Experience with preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance techniques.Proficiency in using maintenance management software.Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
