Plus Market Berjaya is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team in Palembang. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating and delivering effective learning and development programs that help our employees grow and succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that align with our business goals and support our employees' career development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that are aligned with business objectives and employee career paths.,Identify training needs and design learning solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training programs and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain and update learning management systems and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
