📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Maintain accurate records of training programs and employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with agricultural practices and principles is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
