📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring that all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and performance.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients to ensure optimal use and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager and other culinary staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and culinary competitions to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry kitchen and team.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and technology.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
