As a Lead Driver, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our drivers, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle maintenance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and fuel management.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all drivers and vehicles by enforcing company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor new drivers to ensure they meet company standards and safety protocols.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to vehicle performance or driver conduct.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicles operated by the company.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
