📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values and marketing goals.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, providing regular reports to the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, KOL partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that support our KOL and affiliate initiatives.
• Manage affiliate programs and commission structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Evaluate and optimize KOL and affiliate partnerships to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, KOL partnerships, or affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Amazon Associates, CJ Affiliate, or ShareASale.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
