📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely delivery.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance and compliance with company policies.,Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and generate reports as required.,Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Familiarity with inventory management and control processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
