📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery.,Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure they meet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
