DRIFT Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Medan. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work both in-store and remotely, providing excellent exposure to the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of computer and cash register systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
