📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire top talent
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition and development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and hiring partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and development
• Proven experience in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus
