📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs).,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
