📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic planning.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Develop and implement business strategies to enhance company performance.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies.,Lead and mentor the management team to achieve organizational goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure the company's vision and mission are communicated and understood across all levels.,Handle any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.,Strong understanding of financial management and strategic planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and management tools.,Familiarity with local business regulations and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
