As a 3D Design Specialist at Earth Lines Architects, you will be at the forefront of creating stunning visualizations and models that bring our architectural visions to life. You will work closely with our team of architects, designers, and clients to develop concepts, refine designs, and present compelling 3D models. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for architectural and interior design projects
• Develop detailed 3D renderings and animations to present design concepts to clients
• Collaborate with architects and designers to refine and enhance design proposals
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to produce accurate and visually appealing models
• Ensure all 3D models meet project specifications and client requirements
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and design
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles is a plus
