📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and inventory.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
