📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the subsidiary, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Provide financial support to the management team in decision-making processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Monitor and control cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Prepare and submit financial statements and reports to regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial control role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
