📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle check-ins and check-outs, including managing guest information and reservations.,Process payments and manage the front desk cash register, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.,Coordinate with the spa and wellness team to schedule appointments and manage guest inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing guest amenities and supplies.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including managing guest lists and event logistics.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available at the retreat.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of guests.,Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with hotel or spa industry software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
