📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with company policies.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
