Makmur Nanda Kebab is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to improve our HR function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
