📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory and sales management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends is a plus.
