📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
