📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the teller in handling customer transactions and inquiries,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues,Assist in the management of cash and other banking supplies,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a must
