📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Plan and schedule warehouse activities to meet production and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software such as WMS or TMS.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
